POLYPROPYLENE

Used for microwaveable and/or translucent items. Excellent for hot filling and cold storages (can hold between +100 Degrees Celsius and -30 Degrees Celsius in temperatures).

POLYSTYRENE

Used for Crystalline textured products such as trays, plates and pastry containers.

Very High transparency.
Very low resistance to shocks.

Easily breakable (dependent on Product Geometry)

LINEAR LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (LLDPE)

Used for certain houseware products

HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE)

Used for certain cold storage containers, Toys, closure systems, and milk jugs.

MASTERBATCHES

Used for coloring and dyeing of plastic polymers.

MAX IMPACT ADDITIVE:

Used for Refrigerable products(Polypropylene) that include temperatures beyond -30 Degrees so that it increases the shock threshold of our polypropylene products. Does not affect clarity. Increases malleability after freezing levels.

NX 8000 CLARIFIER:

Used for polypropylene products. Increases Clarity. Lowers  Carbon Footprint. Imposes Great Aesthetics. Recyclable and Eco-friendly. Microwavable and Light weight.

ABS ADDITIVE:

Mainly used with Polystyrene products. Increase Shock threshold. Lowers Clarity. Helps improve stiffness of PS products to serve under harsh conditions.

PRINTING:

SILK SCREENING.

Universal printing for small productions. Maximum layers of 4 colors.

PAD MACHINE PRINTING.

Used for printing round and complex surfaces. Maximum layers of 2 colors but usually involves mass orders to undergo this kind of printing.
